Arugula Salad – Vegetarian and Gluten Free

Baby arugula is tossed with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, and raisins and topped with a house-made white balsamic dressing. Leave off the goat cheese for a vegan selection.

Cobb Salad  – Gluten Free

Fresh mixed greens tossed with crispy chopped bacon, hard-boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes, and avocados. We top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with a house-made red wine vinaigrette.

Roasted cauliflower, edamame, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, and sautéed spinach are tossed with our house-made risotto for a vegan spin on this delicious classic.
